Lost Bet, I Must Be Punished By Enema

Greetings all,
I have lost a bet in which I must now ask the users of GetDare to strictly punish me for the loss in my bet

As the title says, I must tecieve a tough or not fun enema to hold in and any other tasks you users would wish to inflict upon me

Example: hold a water enema 1/2 liter with a butt plug inserted
This was an easy one so show no mercy

hi,

i think you need a balloo nozzle for this.

first take 200 ml poor glyzerin, than 200 ml oliveoil,
wait a little moment and give 1,5 liter soapy water.

give this enema in a standing position.

hold for 5 minutes, if possible.

have fun.
