Put on 3 diapers and then plastic pants after that you must drink a glass of water every hour and toilet is off limits after you wet your diaper you have to take any kind of rope you can find put half of the rope under you and lay on it so it stays in place and pull up on the part in front of you giving you a nice wedgie and pull up on it hard keep it there for five minutes then relax your hand and give your self a break wait two minutes then repeat you must wear the same diaper to bed then you may change it in the morning
