You will need bells. Cat bells are easy to get from any pet shop. Chime earrings are a lot more expensive, but they are a lot more sensitive. Make sure the one you buy actually clinks. It is okay if you can find alternatives. While cat bells work okay within clothes, chimes only clink while hanging free in the air.
Attach bells and chimes to your body and walk in them. An elegant and well-mannered lady should never let the bell rings.
Beginner Training
Indoor: Cat bells attached to nipples
Outdoor: Cat bells inside your bra
Punishment condition: Every time you hear one of the bells clinks, it means that you move too sharp, too rapid. It does not matter if you bump into somebody or jump out of the way of a rush by motorcycle.
Punishment: Finger flick your wrist once for each clink, hard
Intermediate Training
