This must be done in a public area, like a mall or shopping center. It is also to be done during business hours, no cheating by going out at 2AM. You must post a photo of you in front of a storefront, non-face photo is fine.
Option 1 - Spend at least 30 minutes walking around with a collar and leash on. Your clothing may not conceal any part of the collar or leash.
Option 2 - Tie your nipples with string or rubber bands. Not tight enough to cut off circulation, just enough to keep them very pronounced. Wear a thin shirt with no bra. Then walk around for at least 30 minutes.
For the truly daring, combine options 1 & 2.
