The loser is required to get a photo of themselves getting a wedgie from someone else within a week and send it to the winner. If they fail, the winner gets to choose underwear for the loser to buy for both of them.

For a week, the loser must ask the winner for permission whenever he wants to jack off. Also, during that week every time the loser cums, it has to be on his soles and he has to lick it clean afterwards.
