Self bondage tying guides

Hi all,

I have a sub in a completely different country that I am training. She doesn't do any insertion, due to religious reasons, but I want to get her performing self bondage on herself.

Can anybody send me some some links to performing self bondage, self tying up guides/tutorials, anything like that.

Anything a little easier to follow instruction with the tying to start off with, she is very new to this.

Different types of rope, different types of effects. Some shrink when wet, some will stay wet. Experiment and see what works best.

I'm guessing you want a chain store, Lowes, Home Depot, Manardes, Ace, pretty much any store that also sells lumber. Theres some speciality BDMS stories that sell good rope for this.

Cotton would defintely be needed for someone just starting.
