Get a toy toy or object that you have gotten into you butt. get it up there and put on you skimpiest panties you have. then get a hoodie long enough to just barely cover your butt. go out to a public place and walk around of atleast two hours. if it falls out, keep you ass up when you pick it up and you must take at least 10 seconds to pick it up
