Insert an open but full tube of toothpaste into your ass, about 2/3 of the way in so the end with the hole is facing in your ass. Next fold the end over so that it is in close contact with your cheek.
This should make it so that when you sit down, toothpaste is squirted into your ass. So go about your normal day, try to forget about it, so that when you do sit down, it gives you a surprise.
