So this is a dare to start getting people into shape. The view count of this thread and how many posts will determine how many sit-ups you will need to do before your next orgasm.

Others are welcome to join in with the following rules:

This post will run for 4 days. In that time, any post in this thread will equal 30 sit ups.

Any thread view will equal to 5 seconds in the "plank postion".

after the 4 days are up you must complete all those sits ups and plank holds and only then are you allowed to orgasm.

If you want to take part you must post to say that you join. After joining once the 4 days end and the challenge starts you must edit your original post and keep a period tally to see how well you are getting on.

You may orgasm until the challenge starts but once it starts, you may only orgasm once completing the required excercises

The challenge will begin on Monday 18th


P.S There may be some surprises or extra challenges once the challenge begins!

This is certainly going to be a challenge if people keep joining and posting :)

Depending on how large the numbers climb too, ill assign different core exercises too rather than just conventional sit ups to make sure we are all getting a thorough and balanced workout.

is everyone okay with this?

mmm this is my type of challenge, I'm totally in, waiting for 18th (in)patiently! My already somewhat toned abs are ready for whatever you can throw at them!!! :D

I just hope it will not be too monotone like 'do X situps', 'hold plank for X time', but something well thought that will hit both upper, lower, and obliques with various exercises and challanges (maybe even add some cardio)... Currently I'm little scared that by my math and pageviews count current idea may add up to hour(s?) of plank lol :eek:.

But however it goes, I'm at it 300%. ;)


oh btw. pls explain proper form of exercises in detail (for example situps can be done million ways, depending how/where to put hands, knees, is anchoring feet allowed or not...)

Welcome to the challenge, for everyone new!

Jurihan Once the figures start fully forming I will update the Opening post with very detailed instructions.

I will also mix up the core exercises so we will not do excessive amounts of similar regular sit-ups. The total number will be divided amongst varied core exercises.

If the thread views climb too high I will assign some exercises to account for part of the plank holds, this will avoid an un-proportional amount of plank compared to other core work.

I do like the idea of the cardio work too. If this challenge goes well I will create another which may branch into this aswell :)

(I also like Juri too. Potentially after this thread you might have a core as nice as hers!)


This is a reminder too that once the challenge starts we all should keep edit our original posts to show how far we are into the challenge.

Keep viewing the thread periodically as well as once the challenge starts.

I may throw in some twists to the proceedings. This may make the challenge harder or easier but they will be purely optional.

The challenge starts soon.

Before the challenge starts I have prepared 5 extra tasks which may make the challenge easier or harder when the challenge begins.

These are to be taken at your own risk!

If you wish to take one of these optional tasks. Please post a number between 1-5. This will assign you the task, which I will reveal.

There is only 5 extra tasks so this is on a first come first serve basis.

A little curiosity never hurt anyone :rolleyes:

At the start of everyday flip a coin. If heads reduce your tally by 50. (whichever exercises you please) and your total plank time by 5 minutes.

Stroking 5 minutes before every ab workout from this dare should be fine... But I do workout at the gym too... I'd prefer not to stroke there as I do abs workout as well here... Should I just not do it at all, do it anyway, or replace it with something else ? Last question... Should I stroke before every series, or just once before the full abs workout ? I told my gf about the dare, and she wants to see me fit so she decided to edge me sometimes but not let me cum before the dare is over... Evil, but love the idea... She even proposed to do the 5 min stroke for me from time to time then make sure I really workout hard enough... Cant wait for the challenge to start !

I would say the work out doesn't count if you don't stroke.

So the final post count is 33. (33 x 30 = 990)

This will be split into 330 regular sit ups. Feet not anchored. Hands to the side.

330 bicycle crunches . To count as one crunch both left and right side motions must be completed. So raising the left side and then the right hand side.

330 leg rasises

All these excerises and meant to be done in a controlled, slow manner. Quality over quantity!

As it is difficult to ascertain the exact view number at midnight on monday morning. We will round this to a nice even 1000.. This equates to 5000 seconds of plank or 83 minutes of plank.

This is disproportionate to the 990 sit ups. So it will be split in the following way.

30 minutes of regular plank.

15 minutes of side plank (For one minute to count both right and left sides must be completed. You therefore could see this as 30 minutes)

15 minutes "paddling". this involves rasing your legs at around 30 degrees of the floor and paddling your feet as in a swimming motion. with toes pointed out.

15 minutes of "Spider Crawl" http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/spider-crawl

This leaves 500 seconds which we will fill with:

100 jack knife sit ups

100 "Sit through"

Workout does not count if strokes are not done before.

After each set you complete. So lets say you do 30 regular sit ups you then flips the coins and see if they count.

Then you do 15 jackknifes you would flip on this set again. Each exercise you switch into you must flip before you change.

I maybe started first, coz I was fresh and ready for today, but I'll probably finish last as I burn out fast, also coins bad-lucking, and I'm taking care of proper form, don't wanna hurt lower back...

updates-tuesday:

Woke up alright, didn't have any post-workout or soreness pain in abs from yesterday, but I suspect that may change tomorrow as I somewhat ramped up a pace, and don't believe I ever worked abs so hard...
Was out of town for better part of the day but put evening hours to good use.

Here is sum of what I've done:
150 bicycles, 115 leg raises, 25 situps, 8min plank, 4min side-plank, 5 min spider crawl, 4 min paddling

Not counted, coin wasn't too cruel today :D:
2 min plank, 2 min side plank, 27 leg raises, 30 sec paddling (hate paddling one, its so hard with proper form-keeping lowr back on mat!)


updates-wednesday:

done:
50 situps, 50 oblique crunches, 45 leg raises, 25 jack knives, 5min plank, 4min side plank, 8min spider walk, 5min paddling

uncounted:
75 leg raises (!!!), 50 oblique crunches, 3min side plank, 2min spider, 1min plank, 1.5min paddling

updates-thursday:

still no trace of classic muscle soreness/pain (but abs feel little weaker then days before), guess I'm accustomed to those exercises, or I'm not working hard enough... or stretching before sleep helps that much. Anyway, planing to be done tomorrow. Think Jack Knives will give me most trouble, they seem pretty demanding so far.

so whats done:
180 bicycles (FINISHED), 55 situps (FINISHED), 60 Leg raises (60 more to go), 50 sit through, 2 min of plank and spider, 1 min of side plank and paddle

and what coin screwed:
50 bicycles, 20 jack knives, 3 min plank, 2 min side plank, 1 min spider, 30 sec paddle

Done a 2 hours workout at the gym that does not count (no stroking before)... Then decided to stroke 5 minutes on the way back home (secluded woodland) and do 30 sit-ups (really hard after the workout). its easiest of all exercises, I'm saving them for an end and trying not to finish them all fast because then I'll be left with only hellish exercises like paddling ^^

I'm done... Finished last set of jack knives right now.

Looks like I did it first even with coin handicap hehe :p

But to be honest I little modified spider walk exercise and did it with arms straight, because it was way too hard to do it exactly like demonstrated.

Aaaand since challange start I was toooo naughty and horny so had total of 5 orgasms, was afraid to mention earlier to not be disqualified early :D.

For my failures I'm ready to suffer ANY however harsh and tough :sado: :D punishment Rhelios orders but when I'm done with it, it should be considered I succeeded this challenge!!!!
