Well, I've been thinking on something like that for a while and it turn out much more simple to build than I thought, it's based on sound, my sound card is connected to a sound amplifier (not very strong) and the exit where should be the speakers it's connected to that motor, so, whenever the other make a sound that reach me, or control my screen to make a sound on me, it trigger the motor. The trick is that the amplifier is giving alternative current and little motors need dc current, so between that 2 I put a simple current rectifier, without that the motor goes crazy in both directions. I'm planning to complicate it now, I got some ideas about a better control thru usb.
