punishments

ok i have been a slave a few times befor and i have heard from other slaves that mental punishments are the most effective. One of the best was deprivation from something he/she likes. For example if he/she loves computer games make him not play them for a long period of time, or if there isnt shopping dont let them leave the house for any fun stuff for weeks months etc. Thoose kind of things work the best trust me.
