Well, as the end of 2008 rolls around, it's time for voting to commence once again on the Story Teller's Choice Award.
We want you to nominate the author that you consider to be the best writer on getDare. Please send a Private Message to me (Hampers) including the author's username, and one story that they have written. One vote per person, please. You may not nominate yourself.
The only eligibility criteria are:
The author must have completed at least one story.
The author must still be an active member on getDare (last logged on less than 5 months ago)
The author may not have been nominated in the previous round (http://www.getdare.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=1434&highlight=awards) of Story Teller's Choice Award
Nominations are open until December 7. After this date the moderators will select the 5 most popular authors to be placed in a poll open to all users. In certain circumstances, the moderators' discretion may be used in determining which authors are to go forward.
Remember, when nominating, to not only consider the originality of the plot and characters, but also the quality of the writing. Also consider that there are many excellent authors from months gone by who are still active members, but not active writers.
