Here's what you do, put a piece of tape between each blade of your fan. now, print out 4-8 dares from here and attach them to your tape. (assuming your fan has four blades, if you print 8, you will attach one to each blade and one in between each blade) fold them so you won't know what you get.
Now turn your fan on high and stop it. whichever one is in front of you you must do completely.
Penalty for dares becoming unattached are quite simply that you must do all dares that come off in addition to the one you land on.
