Not very often. Just yesterday I gave myself a full trim though. I don't like shaving too often. So, to answer the question I'd say I trim about once a month, and shave maybe every 3 months.

I shave fully (butthole too) once when I was a teen, just to see how it looked/felt. Did it a couple times on dares but now I only shave balls, trim side of pubes and cut pubes very short. I trim and shave every other day, the cut every other week. I got plenty of positive feedback :D
