I'v seen sopmthing ike this in the truth or dare online forum. But this is my version.

Strip and go to your garden or any muddy place you must stay outside untill you find atleast 2 worms affter you find the worms you may go back inside and get dressed place the worms in your pants and leave them there for 24 hours.
