2. Have your slave keep a daily blog of their life with a service like Blogger.

3. Have your slave remain chaste. If your slave masturbates deal out harsh punishments. Have your slave eat their own bodily fluids (cum) when produced.

4. Make your slave meet you online every day at the same time. Failure to do so results in a punishment.

5. Via webcam select the clothes your slave will use that day. Do it every morning if you like.

6. Have your slave go through the day with an item up their ass.

7. Make your slave take a picture naked every day from four angles.

8. Choose your slaves diet. Limit or dictate what they can eat.

9. Make your slave exercise. Failure to meet exercise goals may result in punishment. Remember to make goals realistic.

people with diabetes need to have a restrictive diet to begin with, being forced on the diet may be a good thing.

"With love and gratitude, I forgive <Object/Person>. I forgive <Object/Person> and accept him/her as he/she was created by God. I ask <Object/Person> for forgiveness for my thoghts and emotions toward him/her".
<Object/Person> - the Object/Person who caused most negative emotions today.
This task cleanse negative emotions.
