Do you have nipple piercings?

If Yes: Use a Nipple extender (e.g. http://www.extremerestraints.com/nipple-toys_60/the-spiral-nipple-extender-with-barbel_6081.html). Stretch the nipple to the maximum you can stand and then go for a walt with only an thin shirt over it, so everybody can see your stretched nipples under the shirt.

If No: Use nipple clamps and a chain (e.g. http://www.extremerestraints.com/nipple-toys_60/bauhaus-precision-nipple-clamps_6806.html). Choose a pressure that really hurts, put on a short top that barely covers your tits, so everybody can see the chain. And then go for a walk!

First put toothpaste or Icy Hot on your nipples & then attach Nipple Clamps to them (Clothes pegs if you don't have clamps) now tie the clamps up to something high so you'll be on your tip toes either stay like this for 30 minutes or yank the clamps off your nipples 10 times.
