I'd say yes as long as you don't have any allergies. I don't think they are required to put allergy warnings on them like they do on human grade food and different companies use almost anything as fillers.

Wether it's healthy or tasty is another story all together.
But it won't kill you, not likely.

Yeah. Believe it or not, it's nice. It's just chewy beef or something. My master forces me to eat it from the bowl if I'm bad.
