Need motivation !!

I've got a load of coursework to get done for next week, but i keep getting distracted :( I cant seem to get the motivation to stick with my work.

Ive got two essays to right, one 1,000 words and one 5,000 words

Set yourself targets and rewards. If your writing an essay/report make it fun, edge youself before you start writing a chapter/section with the promise that as soon as you've finished it you can cum. Equally if you don't do enough you need to punish yourself with something, a wedgie or spa kit youself with a wooden spoon.
