Okay, so I'm planning a wedgie dare right now and I need help finding out about a certain type of underwear. So you know what I am talking about, please watch this video (you might have seen it before) first.

The girls are actually wearing two pairs of underwear. One is their regular panties/thongs of course, but then over that, they are wearing underwear that are made out of some sort of more elastic material. This is what is actually getting pulled by the crane.
If you know what kind of underwear this is, and where I can get some (especially in men's underwear types), it would be much appreciated. Also, if you can come up with anything similar, that would be great too. What I need for the wedgie is a type of underwear that is both really stretchy, and won't rip too quickly. Please help me out.
