first, depends on what object ur using, e.g. is it flexible? what shape is it? how big is it?
second, depends on ur own size, experience, etc.

but theoretically, with training u could put something past ur rectum. personally, i never tried anything longer than a regular screwdriver.. but I could fit that in entirely.

you'll know when to stop.. don't force it. but u could push the limit a little bit further each time until u don't feel safe doing it anymore
