Okay, an other day for you. You are only able to change your diaper twice and can only use your diaper as the bathroom. After you change your diaper shake baby powder in it while wearing the diaper and then add a few ice cubes.

And here's a dare, on the last day, you can't change the diaper at all during the whole 24 hours. So if your last day is on a workday, you have to extend your days to the next day you don't have to work so you can be at home for the whole 24 hours in the same diaper.

As for your dare:
Tie your hands in your diaper filled with cold spaghetti and sauce. You can only free yourself by randomizing three pies, one with a marble. Use your face to find the marble. Each time you miss that's one hour in the diaper.

Not into diapers myself, but I have nothing against extending your time.

Also, you could set a certain time frame when you are allowed to change. To make it easier you could give yourself a time frame of one or two hours. If you have a somewhat regular schedule this shouldn't be too hard but it forces you to keep an eye on the time so you don't miss your changing time. :)
