Roll a dice and masturbate in the according way/position. You can only stop when you orgasmed.
1 --> tie a rope to your knee, put it behind the back of your neck (not around!) and tie the other end to your other knee so your legs are bend and opened.
2 --> lay down in the middle of your backyard.
3 --> take a rope, tie your right hand to your left ankle so they touch.
4 --> hold a few ice cubes in your hand while you masturbate (use the hand with the ice cubes obviously)
5 --> handcuff yourself behind your back (or just keep your hands behind your back) and try to orgasm by rubbing yourself on your bed.
6 --> stand in front of your window naked, gagged and blindfolded.
If anything you rolled goes against your limits, just roll again.
