put on your favourite bikini and swim around in your pool until you are bursting to pee.
When you get to that stage go on your trampoline and do two lots of 20 jumps.
If you're still holding it at that point, go back in the pool for 10 minutes before being able to pee.
If you haven't then you may change your peed in bikini.
