Put something in the diaper like marmalade, butter, chocolate (Nutella or similar will be perfect), etc., as if the diaper has been used. Then just put and keep it maybe for 3 or 4 hours, depend on how much time you have.
While using the diaper you can't use the toilet, you must do all you need on the diaper.
Finally, if you haven't had to pee or poo, when you take off the diaper you must eat what you putted into.
