Ok, well I'm not sure what sort of semi-public you're into but here are a few ideas:

For the next week, whenever you use a public restroom you must strip naked before you can go. To be extra daring, leave the stall door open when you do this or use a urinal. For the even more adventurous, try stripping by the sinks, leaving your clothes there and then use the bathroom.

Go to a department store dressing room and try on some underwear. Leave the door unlocked and slightly open.

Go for a walk in the park wearing a long t-shirt. Pull your dick out of the top of your pants and keep it hidden under your shirt. Hope somebody doesn't notice.
