Here is my first attempt at this...this one will require some time but could be pretty fun. It combines the skype shower and the combination lock dare. For this you will need a webcam with a skype account...or similar, and a combo lock that the code can be changed. First die roll will determine your level of nudity, the second will give you the amount of numbers to change on the lock. When changing the combo, do not look when you are changing it! If all numbers do not need to be changed, keep them set as 0. Next you will need to post your username and turn on skype and set it to answer all incoming, then tie yourself up so that once you lock the padlock, you will be stuck in that position until you figure out the combination...and who knows how many people will see you struggle.

First roll

1 - Naked
2 - Topless
3 - Naked
4 - Shirt only
5 - Naked
6 - Underwear only

Second roll

1 - Change two numbers
2 - Change three numbers
3 - Change all four
4 - Change two numbers
5 - Change three numbers
6 - Change all four

You can add a penalty roll if you want, but it could be a long dare already though. I am open to any suggestions you might have too.

This is a good dare. I like the way that there is some risk of exposure but it is not guaranteed (depends if someone looks at your cam or not) and you can modify this as you need to (e.g. if you have 10 minutes until someone gets home, you can limit it to changing 2 or 3 digits (999 combinations in 600 seconds would be difficult to try in the 10 minutes until you are seen by someone at home) or you could go more hardcore, 9999 combinations could take 2.5 hours to crack at 1 per second so it's modifiable too).

Could possibly build one of the "buy your clothes" dares into this as opposed to the first roll also. Possibilities are endless but still possible.

You could always change the numbers without looking, and then show them to the camera and have someone confirm that they know what they are (without telling you obviously) then after a certain time this person can tell you the code but you need to accept their choice of punishment?

This is a nice idea and showing the lock combo to someone is even more
nice as you'd be at his/her mercy. When i play on skype i am tied up
way too detailed to struggle with a combo lock. :D

Question though: even if you have skype on auto answer, you can't have two calls going on at the same time right? So you will only ever have one person watching you at any one time...

Maybe if you set up a group conversation or a webcam chat room with the password and publish the password to various places (even on your skype account?)
