Can anyone help me? I need some "toys" Are there any that are good, what should I get. I can only get them off the internet, so could anyone suggest any to me?

I am a fan of things made from silicone and the brand Tantus. Tantus is usually a little expensive but they don't have any kind of smell nor do they break. I usually buy on Amazon because it's super easy to explain away an Amazon box. ;D
