ok this dare is semi-public and not that hard to do. Go into a public bathroom and go into a stall (leave it wide open) strip naked and do whatever it is you need to do. Then wash your hands and leave.

ooh this sounds funny.although i would never do this cause im kinda shy.plus i dont use public bathrooms because there dirty,they have sticky floors, and ect.
