I have been using a dildo on me for 6-8 months, And I have not progressed in size at all. Still just as tight as I started out. Some nights I will sit on it for hours. 1"-1.5" and 6" long.

Have any dares, ideas, and/or recommendations for me?

Yuo need a wider dildo.If you reach 1.5 you need a 1.7 for some time until you are comfortable with it and get a 2inch etc

Buy in inflatable butt plug. Use it every day and inflate it a bit more every couple of days. Or ask someone to compile an "inflation schedule" for you which you will have to follow or you will get punished.
