Hey. I'm new to this site but I would love to be told what to do by someone.

I can't afford to go out and by anything. But household objects will have to do.

Simmer 1.5 liters of water for 10 minutes on the stove. Allow to cool to near room temperature and pour into a rinsed out 2 liter bottle. Now insert the mouth of the bottle into your asshole and force the water in, essentially giving yourself an enema.

You will hold the water in for a period of two hours, after two hours you will put on a pair jeans and go to a public place ... such as a shopping mall ... while in the mall you will release your enema in the busiest area. Continue to walk around for at least 30 more minutes (no sitting or hiding in a corner somewhere).
