looking for punishment

i'm lookin for someone to give me a punishment. i've been lazy, letting my car and room get messy, i've been late for work, i'm not eating well, etc. i want an extreme first punishment and then hope to get on a system for misbehaving.

ideally i'm looking for non-sexual punishments; for example, but not limited to, spanking, corner time, lines, and wedgies. please, i need to be punished

ok for being messy you will, over the course of a week, wear all the items that have cluttered up your car and room inside your bra or panties. changing the items every day until you have got through them all. Any that are too big will be worn within your other clothes when you are at home

For not eating, for every mouthful you miss you will get 5 minutes corner time. Skip a meal you get 30 minutes naked corner time for every meal

For the lazyness you will do 50 written lines:
I apologise for any inconvenience I may have caused due to my lack of respect and failure to ensure my timekeeping is at a level others would expect
