This will take up most of your day
things you will need:
1.handcuffs/rope
2.string
3.large empty bottle
4.lots of chocolate laxatives
5.diuretic pills
6.three baby bottles or three normal bottles with straws
7.worste possible tasting baby food (sprouts and cabbage ect.)
8.baby milk
9.diaper
10.chair
11.table in front of TV/computer
12.porn DVD or internet porn
13.strong tape

early in the morning position the chair so that the table is directly in between you and the TV or computer, take all of the wrappers off of the chocolate laxatives and place them on the edge of the table nearest the chair, grind a safe amount of diuretic pills (read box) up and spread them equally into the bottles, fill the bottles with warm baby milk and place them next to the edge of the table also(if you are using bottles with straws instead of baby bottles then use the tape to ensure that they wont fall over), pour the baby food onto a plate and place it on the edge of the table, diaper yourself and put the porn DVD/internet video on repeat, sit in the chair and tape your legs to the legs of the chair, now sit in the chair and hold you hands behind the chair to mimic your restraints (handcuffs/rope) and make sure you can reach every thing on the table in front of you


if your doing this with handcuffs
fill the large bottle with water and tie the key to the handcuffs to the string, place the key and the string inside the bottle of water with some string hanging out, now freeze the bottle of water and put it out in front of you on the table, when the ice has melted you will be able to retrieve the key with your mouth and swing it round to your hands

if your doing this with rope
tie yourself up so that you cannot get out or have some one else tie you up and have them come back for you at the end of the day

Now you are forced to stay in that chair for hours until either your friend comes back or the ice melts, you will get hungry through the day so you have a choice, horrible baby mush or laxative chocolate that will make you mess yourself (you will probably get so hungry you will eat it all), and you will get thirsty so you can drink the diuretic baby milk that will make you wet yourself, at the end of the day you will be able to release yourself but you will be covered in baby mush, chocolate laxatives and will be in a really messy diaper, have fun

obvcourse things can be changed such as diaper for many pairs of underwear and milk for water, enjoy
