What makes you feel little?

I am starting on a journey to explore my little side. I need some help from my Dom to help encourage me to feel little, and stay feeling little. I know there are certain phrases, a stern voice, or certain actions/activities that make me feel more little, but I was wondering if others wanted to share things that had that affect on them. I would love to try them out!

To make things a little more interesting, for every person who comments with valid suggestions, will automatically assign me 10 minutes of using my pacifier.

I just ordered my first onesie, and I also am waiting to receive a body suit, which has snaps at the crotch that I think will help me feel little.

I really feel little when I have to give in and pee/poop after holding for a long time, especially if it ends up in a diaper or my underwear.

Sucking on a pacifier and drinking from a sippy cup/baby bottle are also good help.

It's kinda cheating but I'm just going to make some suggestions because then you'll get paci time!

- If I happened to have a sticker book, completing it and sending me lots of adorable pictures from it would make me feel little

- Having a bedtime, a schedule and just generally good girl rules make Maxi feel little!

- Pullups are great for a little girl at bedtime!

Love love exploring my little side. Firstly, being called Princess and addressing my domme as mommy instantly puts me into a little mindset.

Then being dressed like a little girl just completes my transformation into my little mindset. Usually a cute summer dress with white tights, and a pair of marry janes and hair in pigtails or braids with ribbons. . I have also been told to carry a teddy bear or a doll with me wherever I went.

As for activities I was made to color, actively play with dolls, and ask permission for anything I wanted. When I was naughty I was spanked and put into the corner with nose touching the wall.

I believe what will really put you in the headspace is:

~How you speak. Speaking in a softer tone. Not pronouncing your words like an adult would.

~Obviously dressing the part. Onesies, diapers, light pink and big patterns.

~Asking permission to do anything whatsoever and announcing what you did as if it's an achievement. IE "I just went potty!" "Look what I did!"

~Playing with little toys on the floor.

~Crawling around on the floor a good percentage of the time.

~Having your dominant change you if you are in a diaper or if you wet/mess your panties/underwear.

While outfits definitely help encourage the role, individual play activities are also beneficial for the feeling.

For some examples using children's coloring books, watching little kid tv shows for periods of time, using a sippy cup, certain foods/meals (you can get creative with this). Additionally, seasonal outdoor activities such as blowing bubbles outside, sidewalk chalk are food for thought. It helps not to mix these activities in between adulting so as the little mindset doesn't get lost with such distractions
