In the summer every day before bedtime. Sometimes also in the morning and always after some heavy dirty work. In winter, mostly once per two days, if there was nothing to do at work. When I am at the end of the world digging in the mud and the nearest water is 30 km, it was only once a week.

I live in California, so i have to shower at least twice a day. I usually do so 3 times. 1 in the morning, 1 after work, 1 in the evening.

There is nothing better in the world than a cold shower in 95 degrees F
