Ladies....Driving Shoes?

I'm wondering what kind of shoes you prefer to drive in?

Also what are your thoughts on driving with heels?

Would you keep them on or go barefoot driving if they were your nearest shoes?

I don't drive in heels, we were taught that in drivers ed a millennia ago.

If it is a short trip, I keep my shoes on. If it is a long trip, I usually slip them off.

I prefer driving in tennis shoes. I feel like I have the best control over the pedals that way.

Also what are your thoughts on driving with heels?
I'll drive in heels only in short distances. I wear heels every day to work. So, on days where I go out to eat lunch, I'll drive in them to the restaurant I'm going to. However, when I drive home, I make sure to change my shoes.

Would you keep them on or go barefoot driving if they were your nearest shoes?
I actually strongly dislike driving barefoot. It feels super weird and like I don't have enough control over the pedals. It even makes me feel like my feet will get stuck. It's super weird. >.<

Interesting response, tennis shoes makes sense. Although would have thought barefoot would have been easier than driving with heels on.

I usually am wearing Mary-Janes or flats, both of which are great for driving in. I don't mind driving in heels though! As long as they're not stilettos, I'm good to go.

I never drive barefoot. I keep a pair of junky old sneakers in the trunk just in case I need to change footwear to drive for whatever reason.

yes. And even guess Nick prefers heavy/army/work boots even over sneakers.
He almost always wears those kind of shoes.
