I actually bought Njoy large plug last week to wear for extended periods of time. I find it extremely comfortable (even though it's mad expensive compared to other toys) - especially if you wear it "facing your back". I started to wear it around 4 hours a day prolonging the period slightly.. I walk my dog with it, went to a hospital with my son to get him vaccinated and so on.. My goal is to become completely oblivious about it sitting back there and i think Njoy is the one to go if your goal is that.
