so we are coming to the end of the first weeks lock up, i thought now would be a good time do a little state of affairs report.

currently the lock period stands until 18/03/2017 which is 51 days.

I currently have no rules in place for my lock up period

I have answered one truth which was where do i hide my key? the answer was in a box in the kitchen of my flat

I do however have 3 daily tasks to carry out, i must complete:
50 squats
50 crunches
50 press ups
play a game of snake where your final score gets divided by 10 and then subtracted from 8 the number you are left with is the amount of days i either add or subtract from my lock up period.

After a week as you can imagine i am quite horny a lot of the time with aching balls, that however is to be expected and comes hand in hand with chastity. i have learned that if i want to get a good score on Snake it is probably best if i don't go out and get drunk as a hungover me is simply no good at that game, i am looking forward to seeing how the thread progresses over the next week and will report back same time next week.

Forget the edges, I wasn't thinking. 2 sets of pushups is fine. Suggest to do one set of 25 pushups, than squats, crunches, jumping jacks (replaces edges), and remaining 25 pushups.

Add a day why we are at it....

I am going to learn how to come up with rules. For now - next 7 days start and end each shower with all cold water for a full minute. In between that you can choose you own temp.

TASK: take the temperature of your cold shower water and post it here. No time added unless it does not get done . . . . . . .

First of all, add a day from me.

Second: here's a new rule. Whenever you plan to get drunk (either at home or going out), you have to spend 30 minutes watching your favorite type of porn first, then write on yourself "I'm drunk, horny and denied!" Ideally write it on your chest, but if that's too risky for you write it on your leg.

10 C or 50 F in the USA is cold but still workable. Now 5 C is where it is . . . interesting.

If you take fully cold showers for 2 of the remaining days of the shower instruction, then you may have 7 days reduction IFF* you make the first and last minutes cold for as long as you are denied. You can think about whether you want to do it or not. Lol.

Increased to 7 days reduction if you do this task from post 67. But you must choose and start in the next 72 hours to get this.
