Alyssandra's - A Bad Management Game

Yellowtop, Vincentio and I have agreed to start a game based on Cassandra’s game concept called Bad Management. We’ve made a few changes to the original concept.

We are going to be accepting applications for additional workers and managers until November 4. (See the first comment in order to find the application). If you came in too late to apply, don’t worry! We’ve added the option for customers to join us throughout the game. In fact, if you’d like to play along, but don’t want the time commitment that comes with the game, being a customer is a great option!

Let’s get to it.

The business we’ll be running is an escort business called: Alyssandra’s.


Managers (aka: House Madames/Gentlemen): Yellowtop
Workers (aka: House Escorts): Vincentio, Lola Bunny

This game is set up so that our Madames and Gentlemen can treat the Escorts unfairly through their management actions to increase the work set forth for the workers to do. Management actions also allow them to interfere with current progress. Of course all actions are highly encouraged to be roleplayed by our Madames and Gentlemen as well as by our escorts. Customers are also encouraged to roleplay their actions.

Rules:

1.1 Players: For this game, we will accept as many “Workers” as seriously apply to the game. We will accept no more “Managers” as there are workers. (eg. If there are 4 workers, there can be up to 4 managers). All players should have a Rewards/Likes/Dislikes/Punishments/Limits list and a PM dare list linked in their profile.

No player may PM dare, dare or control another player otherwise during the game except for the included actions.

1.2 Communication: All official game actions and communication will take place in this game thread. Managers and workers may PM or otherwise message each other to plan actions, but these actions will only count when posted in the thread.

1.3 Schedule: This game will consist of three rounds. Each round will have increasingly difficult tasks. Anytime a “Worker” is not assisting a customer, they can still be on the clock by training themselves to be the best escort possible.

Round 1

Task 1 of 1: Alyssandra’s escorts must be adept in the art form of providing pleasure. To train, workers will be sending PM dares to getDare users. The PM dare must be a pleasurable PM dare if possible (pick the nicest one from their list) and must include the following message: “You received this complimentary PM dare from Alyssandra’s. We invite you to visit at any time and take advantage of our escorts for your own pleasure. http://www.getdare.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=281055 We also encourage you to help train the escort who sent you this message by sending them a PM dare of their own.”

PM dares cannot be sent to other workers or managers to count toward this task. (Total PM dares required will be determined by the number of escorts. 100 PM dares for 2 escorts, 140 for 3, 170 for 4, 190 for 5, 10 additional PM dares for each additional escort.)

*During Round 1, customers may take any escort they wish to take to complete tasks or do favors on their behalf (within the escort’s limits). Customers will determine how much the services they received are worth by stating in the thread how many PM dares they have paid the escort with (aka: how many fewer PM dares that need to be completed). If after 24 hours the customer has not stated payment, the default payment will be 2 PM dares.

Round 2

Task 1 of 2: Alyssandra’s escorts should ensure that they are set up for easy access. To train, they will go commando (without underwear). Time spent commando in a skirt will count double time toward task completion. Being commando with pants counts as regular time. (Total time will be determined after it is determined how many escorts we have. 50 hours for 2 escorts, 70 hours for 3 escorts, 85 hours for 4 escorts, 100 hours for 5 escorts. 10 hours for each additional escort.)

Task 2 of 2: Alyssandra’s recognizes the importance of its escorts being used to constant arousal. To train, workers must wear toothpaste or some sort of arousal gel on their genitals. (Total time will be determined after it is determined how many escorts we have. 50 hours for 2 escorts, 70 hours for 3 escorts, 85 hours for 4 escorts, 100 hours for 5 escorts. 10 hours for each additional escort.)

*During Round 2, customers may take any escort they wish to take to complete tasks or do favors on their behalf (within the escort’s limits). Customers will determine how much the services they received are worth (payments can be made in 5 minute increments for round 2) by stating in the thread how much they have paid the escort. Customers can also specify which task their payment will contribute toward. If after 24 hours the customer has not stated payment, the default payment will be 20 minutes to task 1. If task 1 is completed, the payment will go to task 2.

Round 3

Task 1 of 3: Alyssandra’s requires its escorts to wear appropriate attire when with clients at all times. To train, workers will wear heels of at least 2.5 inches in height. Only time spent standing will count toward task completion. (Total time will be determined after it is determined how many escorts we have. 50 hours for 2 escorts, 70 hours for 3 escorts, 85 hours for 4 escorts, 100 hours for 5 escorts. 10 hours for each additional escort.)

Task 2 of 3: Alyssandra’s recognizes the unfortunate fact that sometimes escorts can and will be mishandled by their clients. To train for these occasions, each escort must abuse themselves to become more used to serving a client when pain is involved. As such, the escorts will slap their faces and genitals. (Total slaps will be determined by the number of escorts. 100 face slaps and 250 genital slaps for 2 escorts, 140 face slaps and 350 genital slaps for 3, 170 face slaps and 430 genital slaps for 4, 190 face slaps and 490 genital slaps for 5, 200 face slaps and 530 genital slaps for 6, 10 additional face slaps and 20 additional genital slaps for each addtional escort)

Task 3 of 3: Alyssandra’s expects its escorts to always allow the client to cum first. To train in the art of holding back, workers must complete edges in quick succession. Workers will complete sets of 5 edges. To count toward the set, a worker must start toward the next edge within 30 seconds of completing the last edge. A second set of 5 edges completed immediately after the first set will count as double. (Number of sets owed will be determined by number of escorts. 50 sets for 2 escorts, 70 sets for 3 escorts, 85 for 4 escorts, 100 for 5 escorts. 10 sets for each additional escort.)

*During Round 3, customers may take any escort they wish to take to complete tasks or do favors on their behalf (within the escort’s limits). Customers will determine how much the services they received are worth (payments can be made in 5 minute increments for high heels, in number of slaps, or is numbers of sets of edges) by stating in the thread how much they have paid the escort. Customers can also specify which task their payment will contribute toward. If after 24 hours the customer has not stated payment, the default payment will be 20 minutes to task 1. If task 1 is completed, the payment will be 10 face slaps and 10 genital slaps to task 2. If both those tasks are completed, default payment will be 2 sets of edges.

1.4 Manager Payments: Manager payments will be paid at the end of each completed round.

Round 1 Payment: As Alyssandra’s gains more traction, security is a concern the managers need to address. In addition to installing security features to the building, the Madames and Gentlemen of the House will beef up as well by completing squats, push ups, and sit ups in whichever combination they choose. Managers can also choose to watch security camera footage (search “security camera footage” on Youtube).

1 push up = 1 point
1 sit up = 1 point
1 squat = 2 points
1 minute of footage = 2 points
(Number of points owed as payment will be determined by number of managers. 100 points for 1 manager, 175 for 2, 225 for 3, 250 for 4, an additional 10 points per manager)

Round 2 Payment: Alyssandra’s management wants to attract even more clients to use their escorts. Each Madame and Gentleman will write an advertisement for Alyssandra’s. They will link the advertisement in their signature. Additionally, management will work to revitalize the community by writing a unique dare or dice dare that both men and women can complete. They will post it to the getDare community, ensuring a link to Alyssandra’s is left there as well.

Round 3 Payment: This is the end of the game, so management will owe the final Boni! This final boni will be a surprise ending for management. Keep in mind that the boni will not violate any manager’s limits, but they will face something more difficult than the first two payments. Managers will be facing a boni that will take 5 days to complete.

1.5 Roleplay: Don’t forget to roleplay your actions. The third post in this thread will start setting the scene. Create your character within your defined role (Madame/Gentleman, Escort, Customer). As you report in, feel free to roleplay how you feel as your character. Maybe you’re a voyeuristic manager who has taken the job managing escorts because you like watching them work on the hidden security cameras. Maybe you’re an escort who is putting themselves through school. Maybe you’re a sadistic customer who comes in to see how far you can push the escorts. No matter what role you choose, use the forum as a way to not only report, but to play out who you are.

2.1 Foreplay: From November 5-November 7, Alyssandra’s management will be preparing the work space. Up to 3 times a day, the Madames and Gentlemen can complete the action “Efficiency Demand” during this time period. This action will allow management to increase the number of tasks the workers owe for all incomplete tasks. There are three options for “Efficiency Demands.”

1- Edges
2- Squats
3- PM Dares (to anyone including other management and escorts)

After announcing “Efficiency Demand”, a manager has 20 minutes to complete as many of the tasks they have chosen. Every incomplete task will be increased accordingly (1 edge = 1 additional task, 1 minute squatting = 1 additional task, 1 PM Dare sent = 1 additional task). If multiple managers announce “Efficiency Demand” in the same minute, all results will be multiplied by the number of managers participating. (example: 2 managers announce “Efficiency Demand” at 9:03. Manager A completes 8 edges and Manager B sends 15 PM dares. That’s a total of 23 tasks, which will be multiplied by 2 = 46. All tasks not yet completed are increased by 46.)

Yes, this is where the unfairness of the game begins. For three entire days, the escorts cannot even work toward completing their tasks, but they could increase by a lot!

3: Main Rounds - Starting on Nov 8

3.1 Tracking: Anytime a worker or a manager affects tasks, they must track how it affects the number of tasks owed by posting an updated tracker at the bottom of their posts. All players must comply to the rules and current state at their best current knowledge.

3.2 Days: Manager actions and worker progress are restricted by days. For every player the day ends with the individual main sleep phase, and after it, a new day starts.

3.3 Daily Worker’s Progress: The workers work through the tasks round by round. Before they begin performing any task, every worker has to announce 'Back for duty' once a day.

The current round is always the first round with any incomplete tasks. During the game workers perform the tasks of the current round any number of times and increase their progress accordingly. BUT each worker may work on only one round each day!

3.3.1 Task complete: Once the progress reaches the required amount of that task, the task is complete.

3.3.2 Round complete: Once all tasks of the current round are complete, the round is complete. The next round becomes the current round, and the Managers have to complete that round’s payment.

3.3.3 Game end: Once all rounds are complete, the game ends and the Managers have to take care for the Boni (which Lola Bunny will administer as it is a surprise.

3.4 Daily Manager actions: Every Manager can perform one of the Manager actions three times a day. A Manager can use a single Manager action three times a day or mix the three actions in any order.

3.4.1 Manager Action 'Efficiency Demand': Announce the start of this action.

There are three options for “Efficiency Demands.”

1- Edges
2- Squats
3- PM Dares (to anyone including other management and escorts)

After announcing “Efficiency Demand”, a manager has 20 minutes to complete as many of the tasks they have chosen. 3.4.2 Manager Action 'Quota': Announce the quota for any task in the current round. After this announcement, workers can’t contribute more than one third of the remaining required amount of that task during that day.

3.4.3 Manager Action 'Suspension': You can suspend a single worker from being able to complete any training that day. If this suspension is a punishment for their in game actions, you may send them a punishment tasks in addition to their suspension (yes you can be very mean and unfair to a worker through this action). Workers can still complete work for customers while suspended and can apply half of the payment they earned toward the totals.

3.4.4 Manager Action 'Troubleshooting': Announce that you are up for trouble and seek a Challenge. Within the next 48 hours the workers have to give you one within your limits. If they don't then you automatically succeed. Every time you start a try on that Challenge, you have to announce it. The Challenge may include a limited number of tries. You have to report the result of every try. Once you succeed the Challenge, all workers can't contribute any progress to any training task for the rest of their individual day. Workers can still complete work for customers during his time and can apply half of the payment they earned toward the totals.

3.4.5 Manager Action 'Quality Demand': Announce the start of this action. After that you have 10 minutes to orgasm. If you had an orgasm, then reset the progress of all incomplete tasks of the current round.

3.4.6 Manager Action 'Adapt to the market': Announce this action. When more than half of the managers announced this severe action, all progress is reset to zero, including even completed tasks and rounds. The increases of the required amounts by 3.4.1 Manager action 'Efficiency Demand' remain. The workers set up any number of severe punishment for each Manager, based on their Dislikes/Punishments/Limits, if they announced this action this time, how often the manager used this action before, how often it resulted in a restart, and if the managers feels regret, apologizes or doesn't regret. The punishment's purposes are to penalize, recompense, rehabilitate and deter.

End: The game ends when all tasks and rounds are complete. Then the Managers will face the surprise Boni.

My appreciation of such a commitment. Sounds mean what the management can do. All the workers have to do the hard work, the payment the management pays is in disregard to the work, and they can even raise the burden. Fun!

Customers can really do whatever they'd like. Need the escorts to give you permission to cum? Pay them by reducing their current task and they will do so. Want to use and abuse an escort for your own pleasure? Give them a task here and then pay them upon completion? Need more votes in a vs thread? Pay the escorts to vote your way.

Really whatever. As long as the escort decides the pay is worth it, the escort will complete whatever you've hired them to do.
