The easiest way would be to padlock a chain through the loops. Make it tight enough the pants cant come off, leave the key at home.

OK i did this today, wearing to diapers, and female leggings with a t-shirt that only made it to the waist..

I had put out 5 types of paints and a tight skirr then used a dice to choose.
Well of course everything was released while in the supermarket. After it released i turned to motice a lady stairing my way, she quickly turned, so i guess she boticed the diaper getting bigger.
