Jogging Tour With a Risk [m or f]

Time for a little jogging tour in the park or woods!
There is a catch, though...

Your jogging pants will have to be prepared, and so will your wrists
be attached to a rope around your neck with the help of an ice lock.
You will be able to jog normally, but your shorts might suddenly loose
their grip around your waist and fall off...

You will be dressed in jogging shoes and socks, and a much too short
T-shirt ending above your belly button (cut it off if it is too long).
And the jogging shorts with ice locks on each side!
No underwear allowed.

Let's start by making the ice locks!

There are three ice locks to make: use strong ropes and tie knots to the
ends, twist the rope ends together and stick them into cups with water
and put in the freezer. With the cup for your neck and wrists, use a whole
cup of water, make a loop sticking out of the ice that you will use with
a padlock. With the two ice locks for your "belt", use only a half cup of
water in each cup, they will have two ends each sticking out of them.

You can prepare jogging shorts by cutting them off all the way at
the sides. You can also make shorts from a towel for example, just tie it
together at the sides using your ice locks and maybe more rope in the
front and back making a belt that will break when the ice locks melt.

Tie loopes of rope tightly around your wrists and around your neck,
(don't stop your blood flow, just make them impossible to untie) and
attach these three rope loops to the ice lock loop with a small padlock,
(leave the key to it at home). You will be able to swing your arms,
but not be able to reach down below your T-shirt.

Find a path leading only in one direction (not in a circle), then go
there and attach your ice locks, you can keep them from melting
by carrying them in a plastic bag with icecubes.
Your dare is now to jog in one direction on the path until your ice
lock has melt enough for you to get your hands free. Only then
you may return back the same path and maybe find your shorts
if they have fallen off before that time!

T-shirt is optional, but no underwear allowed, just the prepared
jogging shorts with ice locks holding them up at the sides! You will
also need shoes and socks...
