So, I think I might be a furry.

As the title suggests... I think I'm a furry now.

Which is weird. And sort of not weird too. I mean, my favourite musical is all about people in skin-tight leotards pretending to be cats. Growing up we watched Disney cartoons which in some places are super sexualised - seriously, if you haven't, check out Basil the Great Mouse Detective. There's a scene with a cat who's a stripper... yeah.

Anyhow, at this point I struggle to really even get 'turned on' by anything that doesn't involve fur of some kind. Which is crazy, right?

So, are there any other furries on this site? Anyone who gets turned on by yiff? And if so, how far have you taken it? Have you ever told anyone in real life, like a boyfriend/girlfriend?

I just want to say I love the musical Cats too. I just watched it the other day (the dvd version).

Anyway, not a furry, sorry. I haven't heard anyone else on this site say they were but who knows? There easily could be some!

I do not consider myself a furry per sé, but I do like yiff as well, yeah.

I even have more erotic than pornographic furry poster that hangs on my door. My girlfriend likes it as well. The poster. I haven't seen her watching any yiff for that matter. When she asked, why I hung the poster there, I just said that I think it's sexy. And she didn't disagree.

So. yeah. Basically it's nothing to be ashamed of. Oh and just:

That was in the animaniacs and only got 3 scenes. The minx was supposed to be furr only but the producers (not Spielberg, lol) deemed it too hot for the kids. so she got clothes. as if this show was a kids show... "don't badger the witness!"

Nothing wrong with being a furry I think there are actually a good number of furries on this site. If you pay attention to who's avatars are furries, more often than not: furry! I am guilty of being one.

I totally understand the Disney movies, I think that's where a lot of furries got their first exposure. Ask around and you will hear Robbin Hood was MANY furries' favorite movie growing up.

I've never told anyone in my family or any of my friends, but I have found a local furry group that I hang out with once or twice a month. Last night we went bowling, some people even went in suit! If there's not a local group for you, there are fur cons all over the place, if you enjoy furry things, that's a place to go to have a lot of fun. And there are lots of venders/artists at those as well.

Do you have any particular animal you find yourself aligning with? Or are you enjoying it more from a spectator's point of view?
