Default The Best Abs Workout (for woman)

Equipment:
  • A vibrator
  • A big plastic bottle
  • Panties and tight leggings
Preparation:
  • Fill the bottle with water.
  • Enjoy yourself. Get to an edge.
  • Slip the vibrator in your pussy.

Description of the reverse crunches
Sit with your hands just behind your hips and your legs extended in front of you. Lean back on your hands and lift your legs off the ground about 2 inches, keeping them straight and together and hold the water bottle between your feet. You should be balancing on your butt. Don’t lose the bottle.



Count to three. Then keeping your back straight and your chin lifted, curl your knees in toward your chest. Your lower legs now are parallel to the floor. Count to three again. Slowly return to the start position and repeat. Count at every position to three.



It is very important that you do this exercise very slowly. So count at every position to three. You can wait more than 3 seconds, if you want or need a delay, but you legs are always in the air.

I added the use of a plug and did this dare. It did not make me cum but I did not even care because it was so hot! I actually repeated this dare and tried to incorporate something that pulls my nipples as you do the crunch. I tried a bungie cord tied to my feet then connected it to my nipple clamps. It did not work very well because of the distance but I think with tweaking it could work.

This exercise was very difficult! Alot harder then I had anticipated. I got everything ready and edged once. Then I slipped the vibe into me and it actually wasn't that bad. Even though it was on high I am more for a clitoral orgasmer. Anyway I started to do the reverse crunches and it was going well. It got tougher as the constant vibration was making me lose focus.
