Snow penis !
This idea is kinda a reformation of number 3 from the "Winter wonderland Dice Dare" . You go outside when you have wet snow, good for making snowmen and such, and you sculpt a snow penis, as big as you'd like, then, you carefully remove it from the ground. Slowly pour water over it and let it freeze overnight, and tomorow morning you have a makeshift penis to fuck or suck =D !

I like this
This is a good dare, but only for those who have snow near them. Here's an alternative for those who don't:
Fill up a large plastic cup (not a water bottle) that is at least two times taller than it is wide. Put it in your freezer and wait until tomorow to take it out. Then take the ice out of your cup, If you need to, 'sculpt' it carefully by using hot water on it's surface. You can make an 'alternative' this way.

You could fill a condom with water and place in freezer, this could also then be used in a truth or dare game

Tape it around the top inside a toilet paper tube, then fill it and freeze it. Once frozen, carefully remove it from the tube, and then tie the open end off. Warm it a bit, and then you're off to the races...
If you split the tube down the side, you can make it larger or smaller in diameter and then tape it. This gives you a choice of sizes.
