Post Workout dice dare for everyone with prize!

Hey, everyone: here is a new workout dice dare!
You need dice and if you complete the day, you will have a prize!

First of all: What is the prize?
For everyone that complete the drae and PM me with telling me the numbers rolled and what done, can ask me a truth (nothing too personal) and I must answer!

What is the dice dare:

1 - What to wear:
YOU HAVE TO WEAR THE CLOTHES YOU ARE WEARING NOW!

2 - What to do:
You have to roll for the total point you have to reach doing exercises!

1-50 points
2-60 points
3-70 points
4-80 points
5-100 points
6-reroll one of the above

3 - The exercises:
You have to do this exercises in the order you roll them and add the points for each until complete the total points you have rolled before in point number 2! Roll all the exercises before.
Between two exercises you have only 30 seconds to rest, before going on.

1- 10 push ups (10 points)
2- 20 squats (10 points)
3- 10 sit ups (10 points)
4- 20 jumping jacks (10 points)
5- 40 squats (10 points)
6- 60 squats (10 points)

And remember you can ask me a truth if you do this (tell me what you have done a nd what were you wearing and if you are male or female with age).

I'm a little surprised there has been no action on this dare. But I tried it today.

Started out rolling 3, so I had to do 7 sets to get 70 points. OK

Roll 5 = 40 squats. Should be OK ---- but I forgot to warm up and my legs were stiff. By the last 10 I was slow and hurting! This was not happy news. As long as I don't roll more squats soon....

Roll 6 = 60 squats. Aaahhh! Start slow and steady. But with the 30 second rest now my legs are warmed up and I can do them, mechanically pump them out one by one. Whew!

Roll 1 = 10 pushups. OK This I can do, even if still a bit out of breath.

Roll 4 = 20 jumping jacks. OK, this I can do, but more out of breath and no spring in my legs.

Roll 1 = 10 pushups. OK This I can do.

Roll 5 = 40 squats!! Not OK! Slowly steadily, keep going and squeeze out the last one - legs done for.

Roll 4 = 20 jumping jacks. OK, this I can do, but huffing and puffing. Jack not jumping very high.

That's 70 points and all in all not a bad little workout - not too easy, but possible.

Not bad. Nice little heart rate bump.

First roll: 4 - 80 points.

8 rolls: 2 5 1 4 1 5 4 1
End result: 100 squats, 30 pushups and 40 jacks.

Let's see if a report will bump this up.

I did it last week: rolled 3 = 70 points (7 tasks) required. It was a bit of a shock to get squats on 4 of 7 rolls!
3 - 10 situps
6 - 60 squats
4 - 20 jumping jacks
6 - 60 squats
2 - 20 squats
2 - 20 squats
3 - 10 situps

I did it this week: rolled 4 = 80 points (8 tasks) required. It was a bit of a shock to get push ups on 4 of 8 rolls, and squats on 3 of 8!
1 - 10 push ups
1 - 10 push ups
2 - 20 squats
1 - 10 push ups
4 - 20 jumping jacks
1 - 10 push ups
6 - 60 squats
5 - 40 squats


EDIT: Tried again today: rolled 6 then 5 again, so 100 points or 10 sets.
Rolled: 4 6 6 5 5 1 5 6 2 5 4 OMG
Totalled 10 pushups, 40 jumping jacks and an unbelievable 320 squats. I will hurt tomorrow!

Okay, so I have to do this in just panties as thats all I'm in as I opened this thread.

I rolled a 4, so I need 80 points.

Exercise rolls went, 1,5,2,3,6,4,6,3.

10 pushups-easy, I have so much upper body strength

40 squats- a high number, but I've been working on squats, took them slow and tried to keep good form

20 squats- legs were absolutely burning so I flew through these saying f it to form

10 sit ups- situps were easy, was just glad I could rest my legs for a bit longer

60 squats definitely used up all 30 seconds before this and after..

20 jumping jacks- legs were jello... I dont even know if they moved very much..

60 squats- legs burning sooooo much, I think I've done enough squats for the rest of my life

10 set ups.- omg it felt sooo good to lay down for these.

Well hopefully I'm not doing much walking tomorrow, my legs are gonners.

180 total squats, my legs are dead... but great gains for my butt!

If a second thread would be made i would definitely recommend replacing some of the squats with things like calve raises or lunges. Also make the points a bit more balanced so 60 squats are worth more than 20.
