Start out slow when alone you open all shades, curtains and drapes in every room. You will undress and spend the night nude. Any room you enter you will turn on the lights and walk in front of the windows. If watching TV position your chair so you are visible from the window(s) and lights on.

I want you to find a rope and tie it around each tit tight. this will make them more sensitive. I want you to take a ruler or spoon and hit each tit 10 times. If you have any clothes pins or nipple clamps put them on your tits, (the nipples will hurt the most put them there if you are up to it. if not then put them somewhere on them). leave them there for 10 minutes if you can. during that time I want you to take something like a dildo and edge once if you can. if you come before the 10 minutes then message me for a punishment. if you lasted the 10 minutes release the rope on the tits and remove the clothespins. squeeze each tit 5 times hard then slap each 10 more times. then edge one more time.
