First drink a litre of water. Put on your speedos, and add some normal clothes on top. Go somewhere outdoors where you hopefully won't be disturbed and take a digital camera with you. Strip down to your speedos and stand rubbing your nipples for 10 minutes. Pee yourself while standing up and if possible do a poo too, but do not remove your speedos. Take a photo of yourself after this, it should not include your head.

Dress and go home. You can clean up if you want. Print 10 copies of the picture ensuring you are not recognizable in it by editing it if necessary. You must now place each photo in semi public places, making sure you dont get seen doing it. You can make this as hard or as easy as you like - you could easily drop one in a park for example, or leave one on a bench.

Next time your doing a lot of stuff outdoors like shopping, restaurant, bar, out with friends etc,
Start the day by dressing in girls undies under your clothes.
Fill the bra out with paper or something and wear your normal clother over the top. Make sure its a large bra so it looks like you have tits.
Spend the whole day trying to act like everything is perfectly normal.
