When I was younger, probably 6-7ish, I was dumb enough to wear pink underwear under white shorts. Not sure if that really counts as a malfunction. Lol.

I had an experience similar to QueenSlut, in a way. I bought a pair of white shorts with a red waistband. After washing it once, the top half turned pink.

When I was about 15 I decided to buy a swimsuit on a discount, later at the pool dicovered that it got all see-through in the water.

When in high school while at work a customer said... ..."ummm.. I can see your... ummmm"

apparently my zipper was down, and I was wearing lose boxer shorts and my penis had found it's way out into the open..

I think I turned every shade of red. I wish it had been a guy to point it out but it was a women.

After the fact the memory of it was such a turn on.
