Oh yes, I do! When in my car, it's usually cursing at the traffic, or singing. I can also have complete debates, or I rehearse my lines (I'm in a theatre group). Riding my bike, I sing a lot which attracts strange glances from other people.

I alternate between Dutch and English. Also; when I went to Sweden on holiday, I took an internet course to learn the language; cursing often happens in Swedish now, because I like the sound of it :-).

Yup...totally bonkers...

Definetely do, when I'm alone though. Sometimes I talk to the tv, which I realise is even crazier. I guess it's just a way to process things.

Hahahahaha this is so me. It's so bad how much I talk to myself. Sometimes, I do it to make sure I don't forget anything and other times, I talk to myself to keep myself from doing something stupid.

It's been pretty bad lately because I've been really getting into musicals so I just randomly narrate my life or just want to blurt out songs from words I hear.

But yes yes yes, I could totally be crazy. It's completely possible.

I actually talk to myself quite often, though I prefer to refer to it as "thinking out loud" so the men in little white coats are not called to fit me with one of those wonderful jackets where you get to hug yourself...

then again, I also talk to other objects, like computers, or things that I set down and am concerned might try to roll away or fall ("Stay!").

I also play out stories in my head during trips or long walks, sometimes saying my "lines" out loud.

So, yeah. I'm probably nucking futs, but at least life isn't boring.

I talk to myself quite a bit, and while that may be the first sign of insanity...I lost that a long time ago lol. Although I would probably go insane if I didn't talk to myself. I spend a lot of time alone and sometimes talking out loud just breaks the silence and it helps a little bit. Although a lot of the time when I talk to myself, it's mainly me trying to get my brain to start working. An example, I was doing stock the other day at my job and I kept on wanting to write 22 on the boxes instead of 16, which is what I was supposed to doing so I got stern with myself and said "Not 22, not two two."

I do it all the time. I don't think it's necessarily a sign of insanity. I think speaking your thoughts out loud is the sign of a healthy and abstract track of mind. Now, speaking conversations maybe entirely different depending on the subject.
