Challenge.
1) Take 2 dice.
2) Decide what will be interval between 2 consequent rolls. Set tone/alarm/music to sound with certain interval X minutes (for example 5 minutes)
3) Masturbate within whole duration of task.
4) Roll 2 dice every X minutes
5) If sum= (12 for hard 11 or 12 for medium and 10,11,12 for easy) you may cum till next roll.
6) You may stop masturbating any moment you want, but if you postpone challenge you may not cum unless you complete it properly.

I have another idea, it is quite simple but maybe you like it:

Take one of your dildos and fix it somehow on the ground of your shower.
Get naked and go under the shower. Take a water-proof vibrator and some kind of rope with you. Turn on the water on (somewhere between 30 -35° celsius, what feels most comfortable) and tie your hand together.
